From the 1 May 2026, Tandem will be supplying and supporting the Tandem products previously provided by Air Liquide Healthcare. You should receive communications in writing directly from Tandem.

What do you need to do?

From the 1 May, please contact Tandem to place your Tandem insulin pump consumable orders (your infusion sets, including cannulas and cartridges). Their customer service team is available 24/7 on 0808 196 7431 or via email at orderuk@tandemdiabetes.com.

Please have your Tandem insulin pump serial number ready or include it in your email to verify account details. You can find the serial number on the back of your pump when the insulin cartridge is removed, or within your pump screen by clicking on 'Options > My Pump > Pump Info'.

For orders processed on or before the 30 April 2026, please continue to contact Air Liquide.

Will Tandem automatically send me my orders if I’ve used this service at Air Liquide?

Yes, Tandem will continue to send your orders automatically, so your supplies will arrive approximately every three months.
